“…A child goes missing every 40 seconds in the U.S, over 2,100 per day
In this world of ever changing events and conditions, children go missing for numerous reasons. A primary reason is that your child has monetary value to many groups of individuals including illegal national and international adoption agencies, sex offenders, sexual predators, the international sex trade, and slave labor, as well as prostitution enterprises both nationally and internationally and a variety of other illegal activities which unfortunately, many times, includes parental kidnapping.
The first 24 hours are critical to your child’s safety! Contact Local, State and Federal Law enforcement agencies immediately when your child is missing. They will take the proper steps to insure that your child’s identity becomes known to all other agencies including the FBI. Use the media immediately to gather additional help in making everyone aware that your child is missing. If your child has not been located in the next 24-48 hours, seek additional assistance from the private sector (keeping in mind that more professionals working for you as soon as you are aware the child is missing, the better your chances of recovery).
Never be afraid to solicit outside private investigative agencies, as these private agencies also have numerous national and international resources that may prove to be extremely helpful. Always make local, state, or federal agencies aware that you are hiring an experienced private investigative agency to assist them and your family with the safe return of your child.
It is your right to use all available resources to assist you in the recovery of your child which should always includes the private sector! Do not be intimidated if anyone tells you this is not a good idea. Your child is in obvious danger and you must use all the available tools in your arsenal to get your child back.
