PDI Investigations, Inc. of Clayton, Missouri is proud to announce that the Jasper County Missouri Sheriff’s Department Detectives under the supervision of Sheriff Dunn has arrested two individuals for the murder of Robert and Ellen Sheldon of Carthage Missouri. The murders occurred on October 11, 2008. PDI Investigations, Inc. was retained by family members to assist in this investigation. As stated in the Joplin Globe in an article by Jeff Lehr entitled Niece applauds sheriff for accepting assistance in murder case, “Barbieri told the Globe before a news conference Wednesday announcing the arrests that the firm developed certain informants in the area who provided information that ultimately led to the arrests.” The Jasper County Sheriff authorized the active participation of PDI Investigations in this matter. Investigators from PDI Investigations, Inc. worked in conjunction with the Sheriff’s Department resulting in the above arrests. Davis, Detective Kevin Mitchell, and Sheriff Dunn for their exemplary display of public and private sector investigation coordination and cooperation.
